The Creators sight
When comes! the summer winds.
Mother Earth inside begins to thrive.
And her children grow to the sky.
Then Mother Earth begins to speak.
Thus we must hear with our eyes.
That in us! our spirits may thrive.
That we grow good!
In the Creator Spirits eyes.
To make us ready! for when we die.
Listen to good Mother Earth.
She gives lesson! of the greatest worth.
But her lessons are not of words.
Look to the trees when the leaves begin to grow.
First the buds the creadle of the Creators love.
With the Creators love to make them soar.
In the warmth of Father sun.
They live a life, that is a wonderful one.
For to the Creator they are one.
Their live's have but a summer to come.
Giving shade to the ground and every one.
But in the fall to the ground they must come.
Their bodies to die no longer to feel the sun.
For into the ground they must come.
Too give life to a greater sum.
Thus this is, the circle of life.
From day too night, Life! must always be.
In the Greators sight that all! is right in His sight.
This is His command.
Through out all the lands in every hand.
A command of love, He thus demands.
We of the Native Americans trust this command.
Thus through many tribes through many lands.
Wee try to meet the Creators demand.
We love Mother Earth with all her great worth.
We love Father sun for he gives life to every one.
For the laws of nature, to us are true.
We keep them in our hearts.
To let them guide us, in what we do.
We only take what we need, what we are due.
For to take a tree we must replace it too.
Thus life we give, and to Mother Earth we are true.
And to Father Sun we give life, what it is due.
I am Mohican this is true.
And I! as my Forefathers, give life what it is due.
Though you may not be Native American.
In spirit of what is true.
You can be true, and do as I do.
Thus this will make you my brothers and sisters.
And that is to be true.
And I honor my brothers and sisters who are true.
And in sp[irit that will make you Native American.
For in spirit you are true.
And all will give life, what it is due.
To make all things right, in!
